Returns and
Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied
with your purchase, you may return the product ordered from
Vision Sunglasses
within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We will refund and or
exchange your product up to the full value excluding our
shipping and handling. Exchanges will be sent UPS Ground at
a cost of $8.95
Email returns "at" visionsunglasses "dot" com (email address disguised
to avoid spam farms) for a Return Authorization Number
Please Note:
Returns without a Return Authorization Number will
be refused !

Shipping - For all sunglasses except Bolle and
Gargoyles.
UPS "United
Parcel Service" will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your
package, in addition to leaving a call tag that they have made such
attempt(s) to deliver with a phone number to contact them. After
three attempts have failed, UPS will hold the package at the local
hub for 7 days in addition to sending a postcard. After the 7 days
have expired UPS will return the package to Vision Sunglasses.
It is our policy to offer free shipping only on the original attempted
delivery. If we need to reship for any of the above reasons, a $5.95
charge will be incurred before we ship again. Please note: exchanges
will be shipped at $5.95 per order.

Maui
Jim® Two Year Limited Warranty
Maui Jim Sunglasses
are warranted to the original purchaser for two years from the date
of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship. Maui
Jim will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Maui Jim Sunglasses
found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or
unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including
lens scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover
shipping cost. The repair will generally be completed within five
days and returned via US Priority Mail. Any sunglasses returned during
the warranty period must be accompanied by the following:
- Original
proof of purchase is required. Include a dated copy of the original
sales receipt with your returned eyewear.
- A check for
$8.95 to cover shipping and handling (international charges will
vary).
- A brief note
indicating how the sunglasses broke.
- Include your
name, phone number, and address in the event that we need to contact
you in regards to further charges due to items not covered by
Maui Jim's warranty.
Note: Prescription
Maui Jim sunglasses are custom made to your doctors prescription,
therefore they are non-returnable. |

Ray-Ban®
Warranty (North America)
Ray-Ban®
warrants these sunglasses against breakage due to defects in material
and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Scratched
lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.
If service is
required, send the sunglasses with proof of date purchased, postage
paid, and insured to:

Please make
sure you include a non-refundable processing fee of $10.00 plus
your local tax with your sunglasses and your name, return address,
and a brief description of the defect or damage.
If the sunglasses
are returned within the warranty period, and Ray-Ban finds that
the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the
sunglasses will be repaired or replaced at our option and returned
to the sender.

Ray-Ban provides
as a courtesy to our valued consumers, a repair service for product
not covered or past our warranty period. A repair charge will be
assessed depending upon the style of your return product. We will
notify you of any charges and request payment in advance prior to
any repair.

General Warranty (all others manufacturers)
Bollé
Bollé sunglasses and ski goggles are warranted by Bollé America,
Inc. for one year from date of purchase against defects in materials
and/or workmanship. Bollé America will replace or repair at our
option, free of charge with proof of purchase any Bollé s.
Serengeti
Serengeti Eyewear, Inc. warrants to the consumer that for one year
from the date of purchase it will replace or repair, at its option,
any sunglass product that is defective in materials or workmanship.
Service:
Warranty Information
All warranties guarantee against manufacturer defects or workmanship
for one year from date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to damages
caused by misuse, lack of reasonable care, user scratches, accidents
or loss of product. Repair or replacement is at the discretion of
the manufacturer. If the damage is due to reasons other than those
stated above, the manufacturer might repair or replace for a fee
as long as parts are still available. Please allow 4- 6 weeks for
a claim.
We recommend the following steps for a hassle free warranty claim:
Include the original receipt or proof of purchase to show that you
are within the 1-year time frame. Ship in a pre-paid trackable manner
(UPS, Airborne, Fed Ex, or registered US mail)
